Tawo-Tawo Festival wows visitors in Bayawan City.
DUMAGUETE CITY, Feb. 20 (PNA) -- The Tawo-Tawo Festival of Bayawan City, Negros Oriental has drawn scores of visitors from various parts of the province to watch the festival showdown and street dance held Thursday to celebrate the city's annual fiesta anniversary. Only four barangays of Bayawan City, namely Villareal, Tinago, Maninihon and Kalumboyan, competed in the Tawo-tawo Festival, said councilor Mark Dan Aurelia.
